Terms of Service

By booking any lesson, monthly program, session or service, or by using dangelogolf.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Advance booking is required. Sessions are scheduled based on availability.

  • Sessions run for the booked time.

  • Every student signs our current waiver before their first session. A parent or guardian signs for juniors under 18.

2. Payments

  • Payment is due as stated at booking. Currently, payment is due after the lesson.

  • Monthly programs are billed monthly, in advance.

  • Prices and terms may change with notice.

3. Cancellations

  • Sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session.

  • Monthly programs: give at least 3 days' notice before the next billing month begins to cancel. Email ddangelogolf@gmail.com.

  • Weather: if outdoor conditions are unsafe, we move the session to the studio or reschedule it, and we'll notify you before the start time.

4. Refunds

  • Monthly program payments are non-refundable once paid.

  • Lesson packages and prepaid lessons are non-refundable, but they may be rescheduled under section 3.

5. The 12-Week Guarantee

If you commit 100% to the coaching and practice plan for 12 consecutive weeks and don't reach your goal, coaching continues free until you do.

To qualify:

  • Your goal is agreed on together and written down at intake.

  • You stay enrolled and paid in a monthly program for 12 consecutive weeks.

  • You attend every scheduled session (100%). A session rescheduled with 24 hours' notice and made up still counts.

  • You complete the full practice plan as assigned.

  • You log your practice as assigned.

  • Free coaching continues in the same monthly plan until the goal is reached.

  • Semi-private lessons are always pay as you go. They are not covered by the guarantee and are not included in free coaching.

  • The guarantee does not apply to injuries or medical issues that stop practice, or to goals changed after intake. Those are paused or reset with a new written goal.

  • The guarantee is not a cash refund.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Follow your coach's safety instructions and all facility rules.

  • D'Angelo Golf Instruction is not responsible for injury or property loss, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • Speed training is high effort. Tell your coach about any health conditions before you start.

7. Equipment

  • Loaner clubs can typically be provided with advance notice, at our discretion. You may bring your own.

  • Club fitting and repair work is quoted before it starts.

8. Juniors: Parent/Guardian Consent & Media Release

Parent/guardian consent. A parent or legal guardian must sign our junior waiver before any participant under 18 takes part. By enrolling a junior, the parent or guardian:

  • Acknowledges that golf and indoor training carry inherent risks (including impact from balls or clubs, strains and overuse injuries, contact with nets, walls and equipment, slips or trips, shared hitting bays, and weather at outdoor locations), and voluntarily assumes those risks on the junior's behalf.

  • Accepts responsibility for the junior's safety and conduct, and agrees that the junior will follow all coach instructions and behave safely and respectfully. Juniors who create safety concerns may be asked to leave without a refund, and parents may be responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.

  • Releases and agrees to hold harmless D'Angelo Golf Instruction, LLC, its coaches and contractors, and the owners of the facilities we use, to the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, as set out in the signed waiver.

  • Discloses any medical conditions or allergies and keeps that information up to date.

  • Authorizes our coaches, if the parent or guardian can't be reached, to obtain emergency medical treatment from licensed professionals, and understands that no medical or accident insurance is provided.

Photo/video release for minors. On the junior waiver, a parent or guardian chooses YES or NO:

  • YES: consents to D'Angelo Golf Instruction, LLC and its affiliates using photos and videos of their child for instructional, promotional, social media or other marketing purposes.

  • NO: declines permission for their child to appear in any photos or videos.

We never use a junior's image without a YES on file.

Adults may decline the use of their image or likeness in photos or videos for instruction, marketing or social media by checking the opt-out on the adult waiver or by telling us in writing. Otherwise, session photos and videos may be used for coaching and promotion.

Duration. The waiver and media choice cover all current and future participation and stay in effect until revoked in writing by the participant, or by the parent or guardian for a junior. Email ddangelogolf@gmail.com to change your choice at any time.

9. Website

The site content belongs to D'Angelo Golf Instruction. The practice plan and other free materials are general guidance, not medical advice. Logos for PGA, Sportsbox AI, TaylorMade and The Stack System belong to their owners.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Forms (Create Your Plan, Free Practice Plan): first name, email, optional phone, and your answers about your golf game.

  • Booking & payments: handled by uSchedule and its payment processor. We don't store card numbers.

  • Email: we keep the messages you send us.

  • Analytics & cookies: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel use cookies to measure visits and ad results, such as pages viewed and form submissions. Wix, our website host, also sets cookies it needs to run the site.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, build your plan, schedule sessions and send the welcome and follow-up emails.

  • To send occasional tips and program updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

  • To improve the website and our ads.

What we don't do

  • We never sell your information.

  • We share it only with the services that run our business, like Wix, uSchedule, our payment processor, Google and Meta, and only as needed.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email at any time.

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out tool, or adjust your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

  • Email ddangelogolf@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Children

We collect junior information only from a parent or guardian. The site is not meant for children under 13 to use on their own.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
